Temporary export is a result of some actions such as: goods for repairs, changes, exhibitions, etc.
Temporary export operation can be concluded by following one of the actions bellow:
- Re-importing goods temporarily exported;
- Permanent export of temporarily exported goods;
- Document issued by the customs confirming that the goods are not returned for economic reasons. When goods that are the object of temporarily export are under license, economic reasons must be approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
- Document issued by the customs stating when the agreed term is not respected.
