General guidelines regarding temporary export of goods returned unmodified

The goods that have been temporarily admitted into Romania for use, as they are, can be re-exported either all or only a part of them.

The customs office which approved the temporary admission does not necessarily have to be the office that approves the re-export.

Required documents

Proforma invoice;
Specification of the proforma invoice;
Request to customs;
Copies of the documents for temporary admission:
- Authorization for temporary admission;
- Customs declaration for temporary import;
- Declaration of currency payment;
- Company registration certificate and fiscal registration certificate.
