Permanent export means taking out from Romania, for good, the effects.
Effects produced in Romania as well as those previously imported are admitted for export, except when they are prohibited or their movements are restricted by commercial law.
Note: The tariff classification rules applicable to both export and import of effects.
Invoice requirements when exporting goods from Romania:
- A full description of each item;
- Number of items;
- Value per item;
- Type of material;
- Weight (gross weight must be the same as written on the AWB);
- Full address of the shipper and the receiver;
- The commercial name of the effect(s);
- Specified currency;
- Total value;
- Delivery terms (e.g. "INCOTERMS 90");
- Original stamp and signature.
