In 1997, Pegasus was established as a Registered Romanian Company utilizing 100% British Social Capital. Pegasus was the first Company in Romania to provide intra-city door-to-door delivery services.

In June 2000, Pegasus joined with the fifth largest Express and Freight Company in the world, Airborne Express and in November 2001 with Aramex, second largest Cargo Company in the Middle East.
In February 2004 Pegasus joined the Global Distribution Alliance(GDA), a network that comprises over 36 major transportation.
These dynamic partnerships enable Pegasus to offer its clients the opportunity to send and receive express and freight shipments to over 240 countries worldwide.
In October 2005 due to exponentially increasing volumes and client requirements for increased speed of delivery, Pegasus opened it's Central Logistics & Distribution Hub in Sibiu (Central Romania).

In March 2006 Pegasus obtains a 100% domestic coverage of Romania.
In April 2006 Pegasus launches Pegasus SCS (Supply-chain Solutions). Pegasus SCS is a registered customs broker and fulfills clients freight forward and logistics requirements.
In February 2008 started a strategic alliance with DPD to deliver its parcels from around the world within Romania and for Pegasus to sell the DPD Classic - Express Road Parcel product.
